How information is handled in the enrollment and payment workflow

Information collected

The form collects your name, mobile number, email, bank, current and target promotion scales, and delivery address. Our server records selected training package, amount, unique enrollment ID, consent acknowledgments, timestamp, gateway references, and campaign attribution if included in the link (for example, UTM source/campaign and Meta click ID).

How registration works

Submitting the enrollment form sends the information to the CTDI server, which creates a registration record before opening the configured payment gateway. When configured, the gateway processes payment details on its own hosted interface; CTDI does not ask for card numbers, card security codes, netbanking passwords or OTPs in this enrollment form.

Payment records and purposes

Payment event records are used to verify your gateway transaction, match it with the Bank Officer Promotion Programme and package, prevent duplicate processing, create an acknowledgement receipt, manage training delivery, reconcile finances and respond to support questions. A simulated checkout stores a demonstration status only and is not evidence of payment.

Communications and vendors

CTDI may contact you regarding your enrollment, batches, learning access, courier delivery, payment receipts and relevant training announcements covered by the registration terms. With CTDI authorization, information may be sent to a configured CRM, gateway processor, email provider, hosting provider or other service essential to fulfillment. Promotional preferences and opt-out requests should be respected under applicable law.

Retention, security and rights

Payment records and contact details are kept in a private server-side database. CTDI must establish approved retention periods, access controls, backups, vendor agreements and an appropriate request process before launch. Contact training@corporatetraininginstitute.com for data access, correction, or communications questions. Never share payment PINs, OTPs or passwords with CTDI.

Site analytics and future changes

The template records attribution parameters present in visiting links. Meta Pixel / Conversions API and any other analytics or advertising trackers are NOT installed in this release. If added, CTDI must update this policy and implement any legally required notices, permissions and safeguards before activation.
