Payment-related support
If you believe you were charged but your website payment status is still pending, do not repeat the payment immediately. Contact CTDI and include your CTDI enrollment ID, gateway transaction number if available, amount, and payment date. Never disclose passwords, card CVVs or one-time passwords.
Batch timing and refunds
Ask CTDI to confirm the next batch, correspondence delivery, the documented cancellation/refund policy, and the designated grievance escalation process before committing funds. CTDI should approve the named grievance officer and service timelines before launch.
